City of Portage Abatement Updates |

To better serve the Portage business community, the Portage Economic Development Corporation is making available for download all CF-1 tax abatement forms filed with the City of Portage during 2007. The CF-1 forms are required to be submitted annually by all companies receiving tax abatements. The forms allow the companies to report on their progress in meeting their jobs and investment goals submitted when first approved for the abatement. The forms are required to be approved by the City Council each year showing each company is "substantially in compliance" with the abatement.
